Saunders Inc. is a contemporary Law Firm. The Firm was established in 2018 and comprises experienced professionals who offer a fresh approach to legal service, whilst preserving the traditional legal pillars of ethics and integrity.
The Firm is based in Alberton, and services most parts of Gauteng, particularly Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni, with a wide network of correspondents across the nation.
The Firm is registered with various institutions including the Financial Intelligence Centre, the Attorneys Fidelity Fund, and the Gauteng Legal Practice Council, under which it practices.
Our style of practice accommodates for the needs of each client, and to assist us in providing comprehensive solutions to our clients, we make use of the latest legal resources and software applications. We stand beside our clients in every stage of their matter.
THE FOUNDER
Robert Saunders is the Firm’s founder and managing director. He commenced his legal studies in KwaZulu-Natal, where he was later admitted as an attorney. Robert then returned to Johannesburg to be admitted as a conveyancer and notary public, and to continue practicing in each capacity.
LOCATION
Saunders Inc. is ideally situated within range of the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg, as well as within the Magistrates’ Court boundaries of Johannesburg Central and South (Booysens), as well as Germiston and Alberton (Palm Ridge).
The Johannesburg Deeds Office and Master of the High Court also lie within the Firm’s travel routes.
We are easily accessible within the south of Johannesburg, although we also willingly meet with clients throughout and beyond Gauteng.
